What kind of cars do you use?

We use sedans, mid-size vans and full-size vans.

How many passengers and/or luggage can your cars handle?

Our sedans seat up to 3 passengers, the mid-size vans seat up to 6 passengers and the full-size vans seat up to 9 passengers. The specified number really depends on the total number of luggage.

Are we allowed to carry additional luggage?

Yes. However, we require you to notify us for any additional luggage. We also charge $2.50 per additional luggage.

How much time in advance can I make a reservation?

We request reservations to be made at least 24 hours prior to the pick-up time. However, in special situation in which you are not able to do so, we will make every effort to accomodate your needs.

Can I reach someone 24 hours a day if I need to make changes?

We will try and do everything possible to assist you with your travel needs. If you have any changes to your travel plans, please call us or leave a message as soon as possible at 1-951-775-7588.

What happens if my flight is late?

When you make a reservation, we ask you for the airline name, flight number, scheduled arrival time and where the flight is connecting through. We would monitor that information to know when you will arrive.

What should I do if I miss my flight or connection flight?

If you experience any delays, please notify us as soon as possible at 1-951-775-7588.

What is your cancellation policy?

Any cancellations or changes need to be made 24 hours prior to your pick-up time in order to receive a full refund. Otherwise, we will charge the full amount of the fare.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and cash.
